We specifically chose to partner with this incredible organization because every single dollar of this donation goes directly toward helping patients and families, rather than administrative overhead.
The foundation provides crucial assistance that hospitals and insurance often do not cover, including:
- Nutrition counseling and integrative therapies
- Support groups
- Wigs, head coverings, bras, and prosthetics
- Gas cards for transportation to treatment
- House cleaning for patients recovering from surgery
Meeting a Growing Need
Wendy Capullo, the foundation’s Executive Director, recently shared that applications for assistance have surged by approximately 30 percent over the past few months compared to last year. With more families reaching out for help, this donation ensures the foundation can continue saying “yes” to those who need it most.
