DaBella Receives James Hardie & GuildQuality 2020 Service Excellence Award for Customer Service
James Hardie & GuildQuality 2020 Service Excellence Awards were given to 10 James Hardie Preferred Contractors from around the nation. This award recognizes James Hardie contractors that deliver outstanding service and quality, as measured by customer feedback.
Not only are we excited to receive this award for siding customer service, we’re also excited to share it with our team members and customers! Receiving more and more GuildQuality awards for customer service excellence has become one of our favorite ways of showing that we’re sticking to our most important promise: To Care For Families. To Care For Homes.
To be eligible for the James Hardie & GuildQuality Service Excellence Award, each applicant submitted a representative sample of their customers for Guild Quality to survey. The Customer Satisfaction Survey included questions about the client’s experience as well as an overall “Likely to Recommend” rating.
The average recommendation rate for this year’s winners was 98.91%
