Let’s meet. We’ll visit with you at your home, take measurements, review your options, and assemble a detailed quote on the spot.

Will my project require a building permit?

Most projects don’t require a permit. In the event one is necessary, the homeowner will be responsible for the cost of obtaining it. We’ll determine if a permit is necessary and advise you on your options.

Can I get a pre-approval prior to my estimate?

Sadly, no. With the different factors that go into the loan application, we prefer to assess the project first to see which loan option best matches your needs. We find that this route is the most time efficient and helps to minimize confusion.

How long does it take to get approved?

It depends. In most cases, however, we can get instant approval from one of our financing company partners. We work to get your approvals quickly and easily.

With financing in place, there is nothing left to do but schedule your project and start building quality in your home.

I've had credit problems in the past. What can DaBella do for me?

Will I need to be home while the work is being done?

If your project is inside—like a bath or shower replacement—YES. Someone needs to be available to let the contractors into the house. We also suggest that a homeowner be available during the project in case the contracting team has any questions.

If the project is outside—like a roof replacement—NO. While talking to the contracting team at the start of your project may help answer some initial questions unique to your project, once they start, you don’t need to be home. We’ll only need you home on the day of completion to inspect the work, and sign paperwork.
