Boise, ID — Twenty-five DaBella team members came out from our Boise office and partnered with Boise Parks and Recreation to restore the fencing around Julia Davis Park, Boise’s oldest park in the historic district.
Our volunteers spent the day wire brushing and scraping the metal fencing before applying a fresh coat of paint. The work was hot and demanding, but the team worked together throughout the project.
The collaboration with Boise Parks and Recreation included the city department providing materials and support for the restoration work. This partnership allowed DaBella volunteers to focus on the preparation and painting of the historic property’s perimeter fencing.
Restoring Community Infrastructure
The restored fencing protects Boise’s oldest park and improves its appearance. The park is located in the historic district and serves residents as both a recreational space and part of Boise’s history.
DaBella thanks Boise Parks and Recreation for the opportunity to participate in the project and for providing the materials needed to complete the work.
The project shows DaBella’s commitment to community work and demonstrates how company volunteers can contribute to local infrastructure maintenance.
