While also having 4 years of experience at DaBella in our sales department, he has proved himself as a dedicated leader with his team as a sales team lead, he is moving into the general manager role to open the St. George office. Jason’s team lead experience has given him the knowledge and ability to successfully lead a team to their full potential and to provide homeowners with the best possible experience and outcome for their home exterior needs. He loves to see the faces of homeowners when they see their newly improved home for the first time. Whether it is a new roof or windows, he loves to see the smile on their face and the light in their eyes. Jason loves his work and is passionate about helping homeowners in any way he can, whether it is a total roof replacement or a couple of new windows. “My favorite part of the job is being able to meet homeowners and help them through the process of updating their home,” said Jason. “There’s nothing more gratifying than being able to walk away from a job knowing that we’ve made a difference in someone’s life.”
